Possible Causes
Burned-out LED module, failed door switch, loose light wiring connector, failed light driver on control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before removing light covers or accessing wiring.
- Step 1 – Check control settings: Some Café wine coolers have a light on/off or showcase mode. Ensure the light is not manually turned off in the settings.
- Step 2 – Test door switch: Verify the door switch operates correctly with a multimeter. Replace if it does not close when the door is open.
- Step 3 – Inspect LED module: Remove the light cover and check the LED module for signs of burning or damage. Ensure the connector is fully seated.
- Step 4 – Replace LED module: If the module is faulty, install a new Café-compatible LED light assembly.
- Step 5 – Check control board: If the switch and LED are good but no power reaches the light, the main control board's light driver may be defective and require replacement.
After repair, open the door to confirm proper lighting.
