Wine cooler does not run at all; display is blank and no lights or fans operate.

Safety first: Before opening any panels, verify power at the outlet with a known-good device. Unplug the cooler before inspecting internal wiring.

• Step 1 – Check house power: Reset any tripped breakers or replace blown fuses in the home electrical panel. Test the outlet with a lamp.
• Step 2 – Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, burns, or crushed sections on the Café wine cooler's power cord. Replace the cord if damaged.
• Step 3 – Verify internal connections: Remove the rear lower panel and confirm that the power cord is securely connected to the main control board or terminal block.
• Step 4 – Check main control board: Look for burnt components or a blown onboard fuse. Some boards have a replaceable fuse; if blown, replace only with the same rating and investigate the cause.
• Step 5 – Replace main control board: If power is present at the board but there is no response from the unit, replace the Café-compatible main control board.
