When the compressor runs but the cabinet does not cool, the sealed system may be compromised.

• Step 1 – Check condenser fan and coil: Ensure the condenser fan is running and the coil is clean. Poor airflow can mimic sealed system issues.
• Step 2 – Inspect evaporator frost pattern: Remove the interior rear panel and run the unit for 10–15 minutes. A healthy system will show an even frost pattern across most of the evaporator. Frost only at the inlet or no frost at all suggests a sealed system problem.
