• Check door closure: Ensure the door is fully closed and not obstructed by shelves or bottles.
• Inspect door switch: Test the door switch or reed sensor as described in the always-on light fault; replace the door switch if it does not reliably change state.
• Monitor temperature: Use a thermometer to confirm that the cabinet is actually within the set range. If not, investigate cooling performance.
• Sensor stability: If the temperature fluctuates rapidly on the display, test and replace the cabinet NTC sensor if necessary.
• Control PCB: Persistent false alarms with correct sensors and switch may indicate a faulty main control PCB.

Tip: Some models allow alarm muting via the control panel; consult the user manual for the mute procedure.
