- Check airflow paths: Inspect the internal divider between zones for blocked vents or missing baffles.
- Inspect internal fan: Ensure the circulation fan is running and that air can move between the evaporator and both zones.
- Sensor check: Confirm that each zone's NTC sensor is installed in the correct compartment and not swapped or dislodged.
- Control PCB: If hardware is correct but both zones track the same temperature regardless of settings, the dual-zone control logic on the main control PCB may be faulty and require replacement.
