Water leaking onto the floor from under the wine cooler

Possible Causes
Cracked or disconnected drain tube, Overfilled or misaligned drip tray, Excessive condensation from door gasket leak, Unit not level causing water to spill
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit and mop up any water to prevent slipping.
Leak tracing steps:
- Inspect rear area: Remove the rear lower panel and look for signs of water trails from the drain tube or tray.
- Check drain tube: Ensure the defrost drain tube is securely attached at both the cabinet outlet and the drip tray. Replace the drain tube if it is cracked or brittle.
- Level the unit: Adjust leveling feet so that water flows correctly into the drip tray and does not spill over the edge.
- Check door gasket: A poor seal can cause excessive condensation. Replace the door gasket if it is damaged or not sealing properly.
Note: If water appears to be coming from the front, also check for spills from bottles or cleaning rather than a system leak.
