• Rearrange bottles: Ensure bottles are not tightly packed against the rear wall or each other. Leave small gaps to prevent resonance.
• Check shelves: Remove and reseat wooden or metal shelves. Add thin felt pads at contact points if necessary to dampen vibration.
• Inspect internal fan: Remove the rear interior panel to access the evaporator fan. Check that the fan shroud is secure and that blades are not contacting wires, insulation, or ice.
• Defrost if iced: If ice is contacting the fan, fully defrost the unit and check the defrost system for underlying issues.
• Tighten fasteners: Tighten any loose screws on the fan bracket or internal panels.

Tip: Run the cooler with shelves empty briefly to isolate whether the noise is from the fan or from bottle/shelf vibration.
