Door gasket is torn, hardened, or moldy, leading to poor sealing.

Safety: Unplug the unit before replacing the gasket to avoid the door being opened and closed during work.

• Remove old gasket: Gently pull the gasket out of its retaining groove around the door.
• Clean groove: Wipe the gasket channel with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
• Install new gasket: Press the new Climadiff-compatible gasket into the groove, starting at the corners and working along the sides.
• Warm and shape: Use warm water or a hair dryer on low to soften the gasket and help it conform to the door frame.
• Check seal: Close the door and inspect for uniform contact all around.
