Possible Causes
Cabinet temperature below minimum measurable value, Shorted NTC sensor, Control board miscalibration, Ambient temperature too low
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Protect your wine from freezing. If bottles show signs of ice, unplug the unit.
- Measure actual temperature: Place a thermometer inside to confirm if the cabinet is truly below the normal range.
- Check ambient: If the room is very cold, move the cooler to a warmer location.
- Test NTC sensor: If the cabinet is not extremely cold but Lo is displayed, test the NTC for a short circuit. Replace if necessary.
- Reset and monitor: Power-cycle the unit and observe whether normal temperature readings return. If not, the control board may require replacement.
