• Check rear panel and tubing: Ensure the rear metal panel and refrigerant tubes are not touching each other or the cabinet in a way that causes rattling. Gently bend tubing away from contact points and add foam spacers if needed.
• Inspect fans: Look for fan blades hitting wires or plastic. Re-route wiring and secure with clips or ties.
• Compressor mounts: Verify that the rubber compressor mounts are intact and not hardened or broken. Replace if necessary.
• Test after adjustments: Restore power and listen. Minor vibration can often be eliminated with careful repositioning.
