• Check drain tube: From the rear, inspect the drain tube leading to the drip tray above the compressor. Ensure it is not kinked or disconnected.
• Level the unit: Adjust the front leveling feet so the cooler is slightly tilted back, helping water flow to the drain.
• Door usage: Reduce frequent door openings in humid environments to minimize condensation.
