Unit cycles on and off very frequently (short cycling)

Safety: Unplug before moving sensors or accessing the control board.

• Check ventilation: Ensure adequate clearance around the cooler and that warm air can escape from the rear or sides.
• Inspect sensor location: Make sure the cabinet thermistor is not directly in the airflow of the evaporator fan or touching the coil. Reposition slightly if needed.
• Stabilize load: Avoid frequent door openings and large, rapid changes in bottle load.
• Control board: If short cycling persists and cooling performance is affected, the control board may be mismanaging compressor run times and should be replaced.
