Water pooling at the bottom of the wine cooler or leaking onto the floor

Safety: Unplug the unit before removing interior panels. Use caution with standing water near electrical outlets.

• Locate drain: Inside the cabinet, find the small drain hole or channel at the rear bottom or under the evaporator cover.
• Clear blockage: Use a soft brush, pipe cleaner, or compressed air to clear debris from the drain hole and tube.
• Check rear drain pan: Remove the rear panel and inspect the external drain pan above or near the compressor. Ensure the drain tube is properly inserted and the pan is not cracked.
• Level the unit: Verify the cooler is level or slightly tilted back so water flows to the drain.
• Reduce humidity load: Minimize long door openings and ensure the door gasket seals well to reduce condensation.
