Dual-zone De Dietrich wine coolers rely on controlled airflow and partitioning to maintain different temperatures.

Check door seals between zones: Some models have internal partitions or seals; ensure they are intact and correctly positioned.
Inspect air baffles: Remove shelves and look for adjustable vents or baffles between zones. Make sure they are not broken or stuck fully open.
Verify fan operation: Ensure the internal fan(s) run as expected and are not forcing too much air between zones.
Sensor placement: Confirm that each zone's sensor is in the correct compartment and firmly attached to the liner.
Replace damaged parts: If dampers or baffles are broken, replace them with the correct De Dietrich components.

Temperature between upper and lower zones is not separated; both zones are at similar temperatures despite different setpoints.
