Display shows H1 and the interior temperature reading is extremely high or shows "HI".

Safety: Ensure the unit is in a well-ventilated area and not overheating externally.

• Door and gasket: Verify the door closes fully and the gasket seals all around. Adjust leveling feet so the door self-closes. Replace a torn or deformed door gasket if needed.
• Ventilation: Confirm there is adequate clearance around the sides and back per Della Marta specifications. Move the unit away from heat sources.
• Check fans and compressor: Listen for the compressor or Peltier module and fans running. If silent, refer to fan/compressor fault sections above.
• Thermometer check: Place an accurate thermometer inside to confirm actual temperature. If the unit is cooling but the display shows H1, suspect a sensor issue (see E1/E2).
