How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before working on the Peltier assembly.
- Access module: Remove the rear panel to expose the Peltier module sandwiched between two heatsinks.
- Disassemble carefully: Remove the clamping bracket and separate the heatsinks from the module.
- Clean surfaces: Remove old thermal compound from the heatsinks and Peltier surfaces with isopropyl alcohol.
- Install new module: Apply a thin, even layer of thermal paste and install a new Della Marta Peltier cooling module. Reassemble with even pressure on all screws.
