• Check setpoint: Confirm the set temperature is correctly set and not at the coldest setting.
• Inspect sensor placement: Ensure the cabinet sensor is not taped directly to the evaporator coil; reposition it to sense air temperature.
• Sensor replacement: If the unit overcools and the display temperature is inaccurate, replace the cabinet NTC temperature sensor.
• Control board: If overcooling persists, the compressor relay on the main control PCB may be stuck and the board should be replaced.
