How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the EuroCave before removing the control panel.
- Step 1 – Clean panel surface: Wipe the control panel with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove any residue that might affect capacitive touch.
- Step 2 – Power reset: Disconnect power for 10 minutes, then reconnect and test button response.
- Step 3 – Access control panel: Remove the trim and gently pull the panel forward. Inspect for moisture or corrosion on the PCB.
- Step 4 – Reseat ribbon cable: Disconnect and reconnect the ribbon cable between the control panel and main board.
- Step 5 – Replace control panel PCB: If specific buttons remain unresponsive, replace the control panel PCB with the correct EuroCave part.
