• Step 1 – Verify setpoints: Ensure each zone is set to the desired temperature and that the difference is within EuroCave's recommended range.
• Step 2 – Inspect zone divider: Check that the physical divider between zones is correctly installed and that insulation is intact.
• Step 3 – Check zone fans: Listen for airflow in each zone. If one zone is stagnant, inspect and replace the corresponding zone fan.
• Step 4 – Inspect door seals between zones: On some models, separate doors or seals isolate zones. Replace any damaged gaskets.
• Step 5 – Professional diagnosis: If the model uses separate evaporators or valves for each zone, a technician may need to test and balance the system.
