Possible Causes
Burned-out LED module or strip, Faulty door switch not signaling light circuit, Loose wiring to light assembly, Failed light driver on control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the EuroCave before accessing the light assembly or control panel.
- Step 1 – Check light settings: Some models allow disabling the interior light via the control panel. Ensure it is not turned off in the menu.
- Step 2 – Test door switch: If the unit also fails to register door open/close (no alarm, no display change), the door switch may be faulty. See door switch troubleshooting.
- Step 3 – Access light module: Remove the light cover inside the cabinet (usually clipped or screwed). Inspect the LED module and connector.
- Step 4 – Reseat connector: Disconnect and reconnect the light wiring harness. Look for corrosion or loose pins.
- Step 5 – Replace LED module: If the module is visibly damaged or still does not light, replace it with the correct EuroCave LED light assembly.
