Safety: Unplug the wine cooler before working at the rear.

Steps:

Access fan: Remove the rear lower panel to expose the condenser fan near the compressor.
Check for obstructions: Remove any debris or wires blocking the fan blades.
Test motor: Spin the blades by hand; they should move freely. Measure motor resistance; an open circuit indicates failure.
Check wiring: Ensure the fan connector is secure and wires are intact.
Replace fan motor: Install a new Fagor condenser fan motor if defective.
Main board: If the motor is good but never receives power when the compressor runs, the main PCB may be faulty and require replacement.
