Safety: Unplug the unit before accessing the control board.

Steps:

Check operating mode: Consult the user manual to ensure the unit is not in showroom/demo mode, which can disable cooling while leaving lights on.
Adjust temperature: Set the temperature to a colder setting and wait several minutes to see if the compressor starts.
Listen for relay click: When calling for cooling, you should hear a faint click from the control board. No click may indicate a failed relay or control.
Inspect board: Remove the control board cover and look for burnt or cracked solder joints at the compressor relay.
Replace control board: If the relay is visibly damaged or testing shows no output to the compressor, install a new Frigidaire main control board.

Wine cooler lights and display work, but compressor and fans never start.
