Safety: Unplug the unit before working on door switches or sensors.

Steps:

1. Confirm alarm type: Check the user manual to identify whether the alarm is for door open, high temperature, or another condition.
2. Inspect door switch and magnet: Ensure consistent operation by testing the switch with a multimeter and verifying magnet alignment.
3. Check temperature sensors: Compare displayed temperature with an accurate thermometer. If readings are off, test and replace the relevant NTC sensor.
4. Reset control: Power cycle the unit to clear any latched alarm states.
5. Replace control board if necessary: If alarms persist with all hardware functioning correctly, the control board may be faulty.

Note: Do not disable alarms permanently; they protect your wine from unnoticed faults.

Alarm beeps frequently or continuously even though the door appears closed and temperature seems normal.
