How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before removing the control panel if needed.
Steps:
- 1. Clean and dry panel: Wipe the touch surface with a dry, soft cloth. Ensure no moisture or residue is present.
- 2. Power cycle: Disconnect power for 5–10 minutes to reset the interface electronics.
- 3. Remove panel and inspect cable: If still unresponsive, remove the control panel and check the ribbon cable between the touch sensor and the interface board. Reseat or replace if damaged.
