• 3. Isolate faulty segment: If there are multiple LED modules, disconnect them one at a time (with power off), then restore power to see if the error clears, indicating which module is faulty.
• 4. Replace defective LED module: Install a new Gaggenau LED strip or module, matching voltage and connector type. Do not substitute non-approved LED products.
• 5. Inspect LED driver circuit: If all LEDs test good but still do not light, the LED driver on the main control board may have failed. Replace the control board if confirmed.
• 6. Test operation: Restore power and verify that lighting operates smoothly without flicker and that E13 is cleared.
