Interior LED lights do not turn on when the door is opened, but the unit cools normally.

Safety: Disconnect power before removing light covers or accessing the door switch.

Steps:

• 1. Check door switch operation: If the display indicates the door is open/closed correctly, the switch is likely working. If not, test and replace the door switch or reed sensor.
• 2. Inspect LED module: Remove the light cover and check for burn marks or damage. Reseat the connector.
• 3. Test LED module: If possible, test the LED with a suitable low-voltage source per specifications. Replace if non-functional.
• 4. Check control board output: If the switch and LED are good, the LED driver on the control board may have failed. Replace the board if confirmed.

Note: Always use Gaggenau-approved LED modules to ensure compatibility and avoid overloading the driver.
