How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the wine cooler before removing the control panel.
- Inspect for moisture: Check around the control panel for signs of condensation or spills. Dry thoroughly if present.
- Check ribbon cable: Remove the control panel trim and verify the ribbon cable between the touchpad and control board is fully seated and not damaged.
- Test button response: After reseating the cable, restore power and test each button. If some or all still fail, replace the user interface/touchpad assembly.
- Control board: If a new UI does not resolve the issue, the main control board may be faulty and should be replaced.
