Excessive condensation on the glass door or inside the cabinet.

Safety: Unplug the unit before inspecting electrical heaters around the door frame.

• Check gasket seal: Perform a paper test by closing the door on a sheet of paper. If it pulls out easily, the gasket is not sealing and may need adjustment or replacement.
• Reduce humidity: If possible, operate the wine cooler in a less humid room or use a dehumidifier.
• Limit door openings: Minimize the frequency and duration of door openings.
• Inspect anti-condensation heater: On models with a heated door frame, check continuity of the Grundig door frame heater and its wiring. Replace if open.
