• Inspect condenser fan: Ensure the fan blade is not rubbing against the shroud or wiring. Straighten bent blades and secure loose wires with clips or zip ties.
• Isolate vibrating tubing: Look for refrigerant lines touching the cabinet or each other. Gently bend them away slightly and insert foam or rubber spacers to prevent contact.
• Reassemble and test: Replace the rear panel and run the unit to confirm noise reduction.
