Buttons on the control panel do not respond or respond intermittently.

Unplug the unit before panel removal.

• Dry the panel: If condensation or spills have occurred, remove the panel and gently dry it. Do not use excessive heat.
• Reseat connectors: Disconnect and reconnect the panel harness or ribbon cable to ensure good contact.
• Power reset: Leave the unit unplugged for 5–10 minutes, then restore power and test buttons.
• Replace panel: If specific buttons never respond, replace the Hisense touch control/display PCB.

Persistent control issues after panel replacement may indicate a main PCB problem.
