Possible Causes
Failed display PCB, Loose ribbon cable, Burned-out backlight LEDs, Low-voltage regulator fault on main PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Unplug the cooler before removing the control panel.
- Access display: Remove the front control panel trim and gently pull out the display board.
- Check ribbon cable: Reseat the cable between the display and main PCB.
- Inspect for damage: Look for burnt components or cracked solder joints on the display board.
- Replace display PCB: If the board is damaged or the backlight LEDs have failed, install a new Hisense-compatible display module.
If the new display remains dim, the low-voltage supply on the main PCB may be faulty and should be checked by a technician.
