Inspect gasket: Look for tears or flattened areas. Warm the gasket with a hair dryer and gently pull it outward to improve the seal.
Level the cabinet: Use a spirit level and adjust the front leveling feet so the cooler leans slightly back. This helps the door close by gravity.
Adjust hinges: Loosen hinge screws slightly, realign the door so it sits square in the opening, then retighten.
