Possible Causes
Failed compressor relay on PCB, Burnt fan driver transistor, Corrupted control logic, Loose output connectors
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Unplug the cooler before accessing the control board.
- Confirm cooling demand: Set the temperature several degrees below room temperature and wait 10–15 minutes.
- Check wiring: At the main PCB, verify that the compressor and fan connectors are fully seated and not burnt.
- Listen for relay click: When cooling should start, you should hear a faint click from the board. No click may indicate a failed relay or control circuit.
- Visual inspection: Look for darkened areas or cracked solder joints around the compressor relay.
If the board is not energizing the compressor or fans despite correct inputs, replacement of the main control PCB is typically required.
