Unit is excessively hot on the sides or top surface.

Unplug the cooler before moving or cleaning.

• Check installation: Ensure the wine cooler has the clearances specified by Hisense (typically several centimeters on sides, back, and top) and is not tightly enclosed without ventilation.
• Clean vents and condenser: Vacuum dust from all external grilles and the rear condenser coils.
• Reduce load: Avoid overpacking the cooler, which can increase run time and heat output.

If the exterior remains extremely hot to the touch after improving ventilation, have a technician check for abnormal compressor or condenser operation.
