Typically normal but should be evaluated if excessive.

• Check ambient temperature: In warm rooms, the door frame may feel warmer as heat is rejected from the condenser loop.
• Ensure ventilation: Provide adequate clearance around the cooler so heat can dissipate.
• Monitor temperature: If the frame is too hot to touch comfortably, unplug the unit and inspect for blocked condenser coils or fan failure. Clean coils and verify the condenser fan motor is operating.
