Unplug the unit before removing panels or touching the fan.
- Rearrange bottles: Avoid overpacking shelves. Leave space between bottles and do not block vents at the back or sides.
- Check evaporator fan: Confirm that the interior fan runs when the compressor is on. If not, follow the E6 procedure to inspect and replace the evaporator fan motor.
- Inspect sensor location: Remove the interior panel and verify that the cabinet thermistor is positioned correctly (usually near the evaporator, not dangling in open air). Reattach it to the designated clip or bracket.
- Verify door seal: Ensure the door gasket seals well to prevent warm air infiltration, which can cause stratification.
- Monitor with thermometer: Place a thermometer on different shelves to confirm improved uniformity after adjustments.
