• Isolate the noise: Listen carefully to determine if the noise comes from the back (compressor/condenser fan) or inside (evaporator fan/bottles).
• Check bottle arrangement: Ensure bottles are properly seated on the racks and not touching the rear wall or fan cover. Space them evenly.
• Tighten panels: Inspect interior and rear panels for loose screws. Tighten any that rattle when tapped.
• Inspect fans: Access the rear condenser fan and interior evaporator fan. Remove any debris and ensure blades are not rubbing against shrouds. Tighten fan mounting screws.
• Compressor mounts: Verify that the rubber grommets under the compressor are intact and that mounting bolts are snug but not overtightened.
• Level the unit: Use a level to ensure the cooler is stable. Adjust leveling feet to eliminate rocking.
