Display shows LO and the temperature cannot be set lower than a certain point.

Safety: Unplug the unit before internal inspection.

Steps:

• Verify actual temperature: Place an accurate thermometer inside the cooler to confirm the real temperature. If it is already very cold, LO may be a normal indication.
• Allow slight warm-up: Open the door briefly and let the temperature rise a few degrees, then see if LO clears.
• Check cabinet sensor: Inspect and test the cabinet thermistor as described for E1. Replace if readings are out of range.
• Reset control: Unplug for 10 minutes, then plug back in and recheck.

If LO persists with a normal internal temperature and a good sensor, the control board may be miscalibrated and require replacement.
