How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug from the wall before opening any panels. Do not bypass fuses with wire or foil.
Steps:
- Check outlet: Test the wall outlet with another appliance or a tester. Reset any tripped breaker or GFCI.
- Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, kinks, or burn marks. Replace the Ivation power cord if damaged.
- Access control board: Remove the rear panel and locate the main control board. Look for an onboard fuse (glass or blade type). Test for continuity and replace with the same rating if blown.
- Check connectors: Ensure the power input connector is firmly seated on the board.
If the fuse is good and there is still no power, the main control board is likely defective and should be replaced.
