Steps:

• Check for obstructions: Ensure shelves, bottles, or racks are not preventing the door from closing fully.
• Inspect gasket: Look for tears, warping, or hardened sections of the door gasket. Replace if it does not seal evenly.
• Adjust hinges: If the door sags or rubs, adjust the upper and lower hinges per JennAir instructions so the door aligns squarely with the cabinet.
• Test door switch: See the E9 entry for testing and replacing the door switch or magnetic sensor.
• Clear alarm: After correcting the issue, close the door firmly and wait for the alarm to clear, or press the alarm reset button if provided.
