Steps:

• Verify door closure: Ensure nothing is blocking the door and that it closes flush with the cabinet.
• Inspect gasket and hinges: Replace a damaged gasket and adjust hinges so the door aligns properly.
• Test door switch: See E9 for testing and replacing the door switch or magnetic sensor.
• Control board: If the switch is working but the light remains on, the control board's light driver may be shorted and require replacement.
