Shelves are difficult to slide in and out or scrape against the cabinet walls.

Safety: No electrical hazards; work with the unit unplugged if you remove interior panels.

• Remove shelves: Take out all shelves and inspect for bending or damage.
• Check rails: Inspect the side rails or support clips for bending or misalignment. Gently straighten if possible.
• Correct placement: Ensure shelves are installed in the correct orientation and slots as per the Kismile manual.
• Replace damaged parts: Replace bent wine rack shelves or shelf support rails if they cannot be straightened.
