Water pooling at the bottom inside the wine cooler or leaking onto the floor.

Safety: Unplug the unit before removing interior panels.

• Locate drain hole: Remove the interior rear panel to access the evaporator area. Find the small drain hole or channel at the bottom.
• Clear blockage: Use a soft pipe cleaner or plastic straw to gently clear debris from the drain hole.
• Flush with warm water: Use a turkey baster or syringe to flush warm (not boiling) water through the drain to melt any ice and push debris through the tube.
• Check rear drain tube: At the back of the unit, verify the drain tube is connected and routed to the drain pan above the compressor.
• Reduce humidity load: Avoid leaving the door open for long periods, which increases condensation.
