Unplug the unit and allow it to cool before touching hot components.

Steps:

• Clean fins: Use a soft brush and vacuum to remove dust from the condenser coils or thermoelectric heat sink.
• Check rear fan: Verify that the rear fan runs when the unit is on. Replace the rear cooling fan motor if it does not operate.
• Reduce ambient temperature: Relocate the cooler to a cooler room if possible.
