Buttons on the control panel do not respond or respond intermittently; temperature cannot be adjusted.

Safety: Unplug the cooler before working on the control panel.

Steps:

• 1. Clean surface: Wipe the control panel with a dry cloth to remove moisture or residue that may interfere with touch controls.
• 2. Reseat connectors: Remove the control panel and reseat the ribbon cable to the main PCB.
• 3. Inspect for moisture: If condensation is present inside the panel, dry it thoroughly and allow several hours before reassembly.
• 4. Replace control panel: If specific buttons never respond or the keypad membrane is damaged, replace the La Sommeliere control panel assembly.
