How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.
Steps:
- 1. Check brightness setting: Some models allow dimming; ensure the display is not set to minimum brightness.
- 2. Reseat ribbon cable: Remove the control panel and reseat the ribbon cable between the display and main PCB.
- 3. Inspect display board: Look for cracked solder joints or burnt components. If damaged, replace the La Sommeliere display PCB.
- 4. Test low-voltage output: If you are qualified, measure the low-voltage supply to the display. If absent, the main board may need replacement.
