Steps:

• 1. Hard reset: Unplug the wine cooler for at least 15 minutes to allow capacitors to discharge and the control to fully reset. Plug back in and check if the error clears.
• 2. Check power quality: Avoid using extension cords or multi-plug adapters. If your mains supply is unstable, consider a surge protector or voltage stabilizer.
• 3. Inspect control connections: Remove the control panel and verify that all connectors between the display board and main PCB are secure.
• 4. Look for moisture: If condensation has entered the control area, dry it thoroughly and allow several hours before reapplying power.
• 5. Replace control board: If the error persists after reset and connections are good, replace the La Sommeliere main control board or display PCB as a matched set if required by the model.
