Excessive Vibration / Loose Components
Wine cooler makes loud rattling or vibrating noises, especially when the compressor runs.

Possible Causes
Unit not level, Loose compressor mounting, Vibrating condenser tubing touching cabinet, Loose internal shelves or fan shroud
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before bending tubing or tightening compressor mounts.
Steps:
- 1. Level the cabinet: Use a spirit level and adjust the front leveling feet so the cooler is stable and does not rock. Ensure all four corners are supported.
- 2. Isolate from floor: Place vibration-damping pads under the feet if the floor is uneven or resonates.
- 3. Check rear tubing: Inspect the condenser and refrigerant lines at the back. Gently bend any tubes that are touching the cabinet or each other so they have a small clearance.
- 4. Inspect compressor mounts: Ensure the rubber grommets and mounting bolts on the compressor are intact and snug (do not overtighten; the compressor should have some flexibility).
- 5. Secure internal parts: Inside the cabinet, make sure shelves, bottle racks, and the evaporator fan shroud are firmly seated and not rattling.
Note: A low, steady hum is normal; sharp rattles or metallic clanks indicate something is loose or touching.
