Display shows E7 and one temperature zone does not respond to setpoint changes.

On dual-zone Lanbo wine coolers, E7 often relates to a communication or sensor issue specific to one zone.

• 1. Identify affected zone:
  • Note whether the upper or lower compartment is not cooling or not displaying correctly.
• 2. Check zone sensor connections:
  • Remove interior panels in the affected zone.
  • Locate the zone's temperature sensor and verify the connector is firmly seated.
• 3. Inspect inter-zone harness:
  • Some models route wiring between zones; check for pinched or damaged cables at the divider.
• 4. Sensor test and replacement:
  • Test the zone sensor resistance and compare to the working zone's sensor.
  • Replace the Lanbo upper zone temperature sensor or lower zone temperature sensor if readings are abnormal.
• 5. Control board check:
  • If sensors and wiring are good, the dual-zone main control board may be defective and should be replaced by a technician.
