Possible Causes
Sensor partially shorted, Sensor not in proper location, Warm air leak around door gasket, Control board misreading sensor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Unplug the cooler before moving sensors or panels.
H1 indicates the sensor is reading an unusually high temperature or is out of its normal range.
- 1. Verify actual temperature:
- Place an accurate thermometer inside the cabinet.
- Compare the reading to the display.
- 2. Check door seal:
- Inspect the Lanbo door gasket for gaps, tears, or warping.
- Close the door on a sheet of paper; if it pulls out easily, the seal may be leaking.
- 3. Inspect sensor placement:
- Ensure the cabinet sensor is not touching warm components or light fixtures.
- Reposition it to the correct location if necessary.
- 4. Replace sensor if readings are inaccurate:
- If the thermometer shows normal temperature but the display shows H1, replace the cabinet temperature sensor.
- 5. If problem persists:
- The main control board may be misinterpreting sensor data and require replacement.
